Selling
How much does it cost to list a car?
Creating a basic listing is completely free. Optional paid upgrades — Featured (€4.99), Spotlight (€9.99), and Urgent badge (€2.99) — are available to boost visibility.
How do I create a listing?
Click "Sell" in the navigation, then "List My Car Free". You can upload a photo and let our AI fill in the details automatically, or enter them manually. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
How many photos can I add?
You can add up to 20 photos per listing. We recommend at least 8 photos from different angles to get more enquiries.
How long does my listing stay live?
Standard listings stay active for 60 days. You can renew, edit, or mark as sold at any time from your dashboard.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?
Yes, you can edit any details at any time from your dashboard under My Listings.
Buying
Do I need an account to contact a seller?
No — you can send an enquiry without creating an account. However, registering lets you save your favourite listings and receive responses in one place.
How do I save a listing?
Click the heart icon on any listing card or listing page. Saved listings appear in your dashboard under "Loved Vehicles". If you're not logged in, they're saved locally in your browser.
Is the Price Gauge accurate?
The Price Gauge shows where a listing sits relative to similar cars currently on Karozza. It's a guide based on real market data — not an official valuation.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Contact the seller directly via the enquiry form or WhatsApp button on the listing page. We recommend always viewing a vehicle in person before buying.
Account
How do I change my password?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@karozza.com with your account email and we'll process the deletion within 5 business days.
Can I register as a dealer?
Yes — select "Dealer" when registering. Dealer accounts get access to bulk upload tools, a dedicated dealer profile page, and subscription plans for unlimited listings.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.
Are listing upgrade payments refundable?
Paid listing upgrades are non-refundable as they are activated immediately. If you have a genuine issue, contact us and we'll review it case by case.
How do dealer subscriptions work?
Dealer subscriptions are monthly recurring payments. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — you'll retain access until the end of the billing period.
