Our story
Karozza started from a frustration that many Maltese drivers share: buying or selling a car locally meant dealing with outdated platforms, questionable listings, and zero price transparency. We set out to build something better — a platform that respects both buyers' and sellers' time, provides real market data, and keeps things simple.
The name comes from karozza — the Maltese word for car, itself derived from the Italian carrozza (carriage). We think that's a fitting name for a platform that moves things forward.
